The OneGeology-Europe project collated a web-accessible, interoperable geological spatial dataset for the whole of Europe at 1:1 million scale based on existing data held by the European geological surveys.

This service is the GSI contribution to the OneGeology project, providing Ireland onshore geological data at 1:1,000 000 scale.

This map presents the bedrock data from the OneGeology-Europe map project (www.onegeology-europe.org) coloured to an Irish lithostratigraphical scheme.
