The latest Construction Status Report shows that 11,557 social homes were onsite at the end of Q2 2025, with an additional 15,127 homes at design and tender stage – a cumulative total of 26,684 social homes at the design and constructions stages. Overall, the Construction Status Report provides details on 48,969 new-build social homes across 2,845 schemes.
